Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Charmaine Bather Virtual Solutions, Inc. provides professional executive support, virtual assistance, event planning, administrative services, and related business support services.  Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be outlined in individual client agreements or proposals.

2. Payment Terms

Service fees and payment schedules will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of services. Payments must be submitted according to the terms outlined in the client agreement or invoice.

For transparency, clients will receive clear pricing information based on the scope of work, level of support required, and project complexity.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, required materials, and timely communication necessary for the successful completion of services.  Delays in communication or missing information may affect project timelines and deliverables.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive, proprietary, or business-related information shared during the course of services.  Confidential information will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties without prior consent unless required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Charmaine Bather Virtual Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of services provided.  While every effort is made to deliver accurate, timely, and professional support, results may vary based on circumstances outside of our control.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice if agreement terms are not being met.

Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment for all services completed up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

8. Updates to Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
